الأشواك الظهرية (المجموع): 0; الأشعة الظهرية الناعمة (المجموع): 86-93; شوكة شرجية 0; أشعه شرجية لينه: 68 - 74. Brown in color with dark spots arranged in longitudinal rows on eyed side; 2-3 spots on straight section of lateral line (Ref. 4417). Pectorals with 11-12 rays on eyed side, 9-11 rays on blind side (Ref. 4417).
Inhabits sandy and muddy bottoms (Ref. 5213).
