Comments: Known from Peninsular India (Ref. 4833). Found in Western Ghats, Kerala and Maharashtra (Ref. 43638). Reported from Karnataka (Ref. 45255). Recorded from Krishna, Godavari and Jamuna rivers (Ref. 43629). Also Ref. 41236, 58032. Status of threat: Critically endangered (Ref. 50614).
