Commonly reported from Namibia according to Ref. 27121 but a review of the grenadiers of southern Africa by Iwamoto and Anderson 1994 (Ref. 11953) states that off southern Africa, this species is known only from south of Cape Point, South Africa. Occurrence in Namibia needs verification. |
