Recorded from the Yangtze (=Changjiang River) and Amur basin (Ref. 13397), Zhujiang (=Pearl River), Qiantang jiang, Changjiang, Huai River, Yellow River (Ref. 33784) and Hanjiang River drainages of Guangdong Province (Ref. 33303). Introduced from its native range to other regions in the country for extensive stocking in great inland waters for culture (Ref. 55380). Known as Ningpo of Zhejiang Province; Changde of Hunan Province; Hubei Province( Liangzi Lake, Dong Lake, Hong Lake); Heilongjiang River. Also known 4 specimens from Hanjaing River and Dongjiang River drainages in Guangdong Province(Ref. 33784). Also Ref. 1441, 26563, 35840, 41093. |
