 The potency of vitamin A in the liver is 250-720 iu/g, in the oil 900-1610 iu/g. Vitamin B1 in the meat is 0.6 _/g, riboflavin in the liver 1.2 _/g, in the roe 5 _/g, in testes 14 _/g. Nicotinic acid in the roe 15 _/g. The chemical composition of the meat is fairly stable, as for all cods. A good table fish.
