পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 9-11. Paracanthocobitis linypha can be diagnosed from all other congeners in having 10-14 thin dark bars (sometimes alternating short and long bars) on side of body much narrower than interspaces (Ref. 102002).
