Eastern Indian Ocean: northern coast of Western Australia at Medusa Bank, Cambridge Gulf, but presumably elsewhere along that coast.

Max length : 11.0 cm SL オス/雌雄の選別がない; (Ref. 189)
背面の脊椎 (合計): 0; 肛門の骨 0; 臀鰭: 51 - 54. Rather hump-backed, belly with 18 0r 19 + 7 or 8 = 25 to 27 keeled scutes from isthmus to anus. Lower gill rakers with serrae not distinctly clumped. Pectoral filament long, reaching to base of 27th to 41st anal fin ray.
No data on habitat and biology, but presumably marine in coastal waters and perhaps entering estuaries.
