خارهاي باله پشتي (کل): 8; شعاع نرم باله پشتي (کل): 26-28; خارهاي باله مخرجي 3; شعاع نرم باله مخرجي: 23 - 26. Posterior caudal peduncle and fin abruptly white in life. Caudal concavity 5.05-8.8 in SL (Ref 42056).
Inhabits coral reefs from the shallow waters to depths of at least 30 m (Ref. 42056).
