Épines dorsales (Total): 0; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 31-34; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 23 - 26. Lateral line generally present. Dorsal profile of head between eyes flat or slightly convex, not notably arched. Dorsal and anal fins with scales.
