Regulations, 1999
In virtue of the powers vested in him by Sections 32 and 33 of the Environment Protection Act, 1991, the Minister for the Environment has made the following regulations:
Citation.L.N. 49 of 1992. 1. These regulations may be cited as the Flora and Fauna (Protection) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 and shall be read and construed as one with the Flora and Fauna Protection Regulations, 1992, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
Substitutes the Schedules of the principal regulations. 2. For Schedule I and Schedule II to the principal regulations, there shall be substituted the Schedule I and Schedule II: |
