Male with a narrow white bar behind the eye, broad dark margins on the pelvic and anal fins, and slightly orange coloration on the upper and lower margins of the caudal fin (Ref. 31113).

Description: Characterized by female with dark brown color, nearly blackish; tail yellowish; narrow white bar behind eye; gill cover with faint whitish or bluish patch; pale pelvic fins, dark-edged; anterior lateral line scales 32-37; predorsal scales 17-21; depth of body 29.2-31.9 % of SL (Ref. 90102).
