Description: Characterized by having blotchy red to reddish brown color; caudal peduncle with white bar; basal portion of caudal fin with red bar; pectoral fin base with blackish arc; posterior part of spinous dorsal fin with black blotch; three spines on suborbital ridge; absence of interorbital or coronal spines; depth of body 2.6-3.0 in SL (Ref. 90102).
