Comments: | 1,808 individuals from Marquesas Is. were released off Brown's Camp at Kahe Point, Oahu in 1958 (Ref. 1972). Later in 1961, around 1,803 individuals were again released from the Society Is. into Maunalua Bay, Oahu. However, the species did not become established (Ref. 6349). Also Ref. 583.
