Comments: Recorded from Vancouver Island, off Fort Rupert, in Pender Harbour and Hecate Strait (Ref. 4925). Recorded to a depth of 126 m (Ref. 6885). Commercially important in domestic Oriental markets (Ref. 27437). Taken with hook and line and spears by game fishers. The combined daily limit for all sculpin and rockfish species caught ranges from 5 to 8 depending on the area (Ref. 11007). In range Ref. 2850.
