Type locality, South of Saumarez Reef, Queensland, CSIRO H 931-01 (holotype of Pristiophorus delicatus, 69.8 TL, female). Known from the upper continental slope off Queensland from south of the Samaurez Reef (22°06′ S, 153°18′ E to 23°12′ S, 153°33′ E), 246-405 m (Ref. 76934). Reported northwards to off Cairns (Ref. 6871). |
