Type locality, San Carlos, Sonora, USNM 322028 (holotype of Ogilbia nudiceps, 53 mm SL, male). Known from the Gulf of California (22-29°N), chiefly along the southern reaches of the gulf to the tip, but not on its Pacific side. |
