Known from the Mekong, Chao Phraya, Salween, Peninsular and Southeast Thailand river systems (Ref. 26336). Collected in the Mekong basin at Nam Man about 2 km upstream of Amphoe Dan Sai in Loei Province and in the Mae Nam Ping basin at the Ban Na Hwai (Ref. 39226); also from Trang (Ref. 37773).
