Collected from localities in the Kolonodale region of Sulawesi as well as near Lake Towuti in Sulawesi Selatan; collection sites were separated by only a few kilometers and were part of the same drainage system. Range of occurrence of this species is adjacent to those of D. weberi; D. megarrhamphus, and N. towoetii in the Malili lakes region of Sulawesi Selatan (Ref. 45130). |
