Known from Brahmaputra and Ganges drainages along the Himalaya foothills (Ref. 4832) and Chota-Nagpur Damodar drainage (Ref. 41236). Present in Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal lakes (Ref. 89721), also in Buxa, Adma and Jayanti rivers (Ref. 89719). Vulnerable (Ref. 41236). |
