Described from Lake Tanganyika (Ref. 99599), but type locality doubtful (Ref. 39889, 43912). Possibly type specimen collected in the Luala River (Kasai River basin) and was wrongly labelled afterwards but there is no evidence to support this presumption (Ref. 43912). |
