The report from the Canary Islands (Ref. 5304), based on a previous report on an individual from Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Ref. 52744), was apparently based on specimens found in fish markets; however, such specimens are always imported from continental Africa (Ref. 52678; Jose-Antonio Gonzalez, pers. comm., 2004).
