Comments: Endemic to Lake Van Gölü. Introduced to Burdur Lake as a potential food fish, however factotry wastes depleted oxygen levels in the bottom layers of the lake, reducing the available habitat and productivity (Ref. 57271). Also Ref. 78144, 106151. Status of threat: Endangered (Ref. 58342). nEurTurk.
