Only Bregmaceros sp. in the Mediterranean Sea. Before 2017, the species has been misidentified as Bregmaceros atlanticus in the Mediiterranean Sea (Ref. 85575).

The species has been misidentified as Bregmaceros atlanticus in all previous reports in the Mediiterranean Sea before 2017 (Ref. 85575).
