Comments: Japanese ichthyologists claim there are three different migration routes of this fish labeled, Shiroshake (?), Tokishirasu (naive Salmon), and Akiachi (Fall Salmon). Akiachi is the most common route among the Japanese Fall salmon. Spawning occurs in rivers and streams during September to January.
