Comments: | In September, adults enter near coasts and overwinter in shallow waters from middle of November until ice melts. Start spawning migration in late March-early April at 1-3° C, peaking at 7-9°C. Spawning occurs on shallow shores of coastal lakes and flooded areas at 10-17°C (Ref. 59043). |
