Description of life cycle and mating behavior Benthic spawner. Sex reversal is completed in less than 63 days (Ref. 34185). Length at sex change = 7.2 cm TL (Ref. 55367). Oviparous, distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205). Eggs are demersal and adhere to the substrate (Ref. 205). Males guard and aerate the eggs (Ref. 205). Also Ref. 7471.
