Additional Characters Unfertilized ovum measures 1.2-1.4 mm in diameter. When fertilized, the egg membrane expands and egg becomes transparent (Ref. 40829). One large and several minute oil globules present (Ref. ). Also Ref. 45961, 46045, 46046.
