Additional Characters Eggs are demersal, with long hairy appendages attaching them to the substrate consisting of filamentous algae, often at depths of 2 to 6 m (Ref. 59043). Oil globules combine and move towards the heart (Ref. 43413, 43415). Vitelline circulatory system is unbranched and looping (Ref. 43413, 43415).
