Distribution:  Asia: Malaya, Sumatra and Java in Indonesia, and Borneo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Common and abundant in creeks and small water bodies in the forest (Ref. 56749).

Country info:  Known from Sumatra and Java. Found in the Kapuas Lakes area in Kalimantan Barat, Borneo (Ref. 56749). Recorded from Danau Sentarum National Park in the Kapuas basin, Kalimantan Barat, Borneo (Ref. 56749). Museum: Kapuas, CAS 49235 (Ref. 2091). Also Ref. 26580.
