Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 370 - 2635 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Humboldt Current area in the Galapagos Islands to southern Chile. Reported to range into the Antarctic Peninsula (Ref. 51665).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Probably mesopelagic.
