Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Jurien Bay, Western Australia south, through South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania, north to Terrigal, New South Wales.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Schooling in caves and near rocky reefs (Ref. 9563).
