Family:  Labrisomidae (Labrisomids)
Max. size:  2.8 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; depth range 5 - 40 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Nicaragua, Belize and the Caribbean islands to Atol das Rocas, Brazil (Ref. 57756). Eastern Central Atlantic: St. Paul's Rocks (Ref. 13121).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 18-19; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-9; Anal spines: 2-2; Anal soft rays: 15-17; Vertebrae: 31-33
Biology:  Found in crevices and on rubble to depths of at least 40 m (Ref. 13121).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 25 March 2011 Ref. (123251)
