Max. size:  103.2 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 1 - 40 m
Distribution:  South Pacific: Subtropical waters from Lord Howe I. to South America.
Diagnosis:  Its coloration is mostly dark brown irregular blotches over a pale yellow background.
