Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 200 - 450 m
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: Mauritania to Angola, Ascension and St. Helena Islands. Western Atlantic: off northeast Florida, the Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean to southern Brazil. Western Indian Ocean: Delagoa Bay, Mozambique Channel, off Kenya?, India. Possibly throughout the southern hemisphere.
