Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 366 - 389 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  A benthic predator often lying buried up to its eyes in mud or sand waiting for prey to venture close enough to be caught with a swift lunge.
