Max. size:  6.29 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 77 - 183 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: known only from the Gulf of Darien off Colombia and off Panama.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 2-2; Dorsal soft rays (total): 17-19; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 16-18; Vertebrae: 27-27. Four faint dark dorsal saddles (Ref. 30721).
Biology:
