Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 174 - 274 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Monterey Bay to Newport Beach in southern California, USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occur usually on deep reefs (Ref. 2850). Viviparous (Ref. 34817).
