Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 137 - 183 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: southern California, USA to central Baja California, Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Probably occurs on craggy bottom (Ref. 2850). Viviparous (Ref. 34817).
