Max. size:  22 cm TL (male/unsexed); max. reported age: 6 years
Environment:  pelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  North America: endemic to Bear Lake in southeastern Idaho and northern Utah, USA.
Biology:  Occurs in open water. Widely scattered when water is colder than 14.4°C; as water warms, descends into deeper, colder water.
