Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Malaysia (western Borneo). Also in Kapuas and Rejang (Ref. 7050) and northern Borneo (Ref. 53259).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in large schools (Ref. 34011).
