Distribution:  Western Pacific: Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Vertebrae: 141-142. This species is distinguished by the following characters: head 5.6-5.7 in TL; supraorbital pores 3; preanal vertebrae 42; total vertebrae 141-142; preanal lateral-line (LL) pores 40-42; total LL pores 140-141 (Ref. 106113).
