Environment:  benthopelagic; marine; depth range 71 - 183 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: known only from the coast of South America between Cape La Vela, Colombia and Rio Caribe, Venezuela.
Biology:  Ovoviviparous (Ref. 50449).
