Max. size:  5.9 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 0 - 240 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Nasca Ridge seamounts.
Diagnosis:  Vertebrae: 32-34. AC photophores 23-26, usually 23-25. Head 28.5-31% SL, eye 10-11.5% SL, upper jaw 16-18.5% SL, maximum body depth behind pectoral fin base 22-25% SL. Stomach slightly pigmented, hind part of intestine not pigmented (Ref. 26775).
