Max. size:  17 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: northeastern and eastern Borneo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Usually found in deeper, slower water. An active fish, in constant motion at the surface of the water, feeding on material dropping into streams and has been observed leaping clear of the water to prey on material dangling above water (Ref. 34011).
