Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 347 - 860 m
Distribution:  Northwest Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Commonly occurred on dead coral Lophelia pertusa rubble and seemed to prefer this habitat that is deep and difficult to sample probably explains how this species escaped detection (Ref. 58471).

Threat to humans:  harmless
