Max. size:  53 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Baja California, Mexico.
Biology:  Benthic, the only specimen known was encountered in the stomach of a Atractoscion nobilis.
IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient (DD); Date assessed: 22 May 2007 Ref. (126983)
Threat to humans:  harmless
