Max. size:  25.39 cm TL (male/unsexed); max.weight: 150.1 g
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Iran (Lake Namak).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-4; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-9; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 5-5. This species has a low number of total gill raker (11-13), no keel in front of the dorsal fin and with its distribution, are the easiest factor for separating this species from others (Ref. 124648).
