Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 293 - 896 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: South Carolina to Florida in the USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Oviparous (Ref. 50449). Eggs have horn-like projections on the shell (Ref. 205).
