Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: only known from the outlet of Lake Lanao (Agus rapids), Mindanao, Philippines.
Biology:  The largest cyprinid species in Lake Lanao (Ref. 70969).
IUCN Red List Status: Extinct (EX); Date assessed: 01 January 2020 Ref. (124695)
