Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Upper NgouniĆ© drainage system in southwestern Gabon and western Congo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in brooks and small streams in the rainforest on the inland plains and hilly areas (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
